用不同浓度的 Na2CO3溶液模拟碱性盐胁迫环境,观察其对2个啤酒大麦品种种子萌发的影响。结果表明,随 Na2CO3浓度增加,2个啤酒大麦品种的发芽势、发芽率、根数、根长、苗长、苗重下降,盐害指数增大。当 Na2CO3浓度≥100 mmol/L 时,完全抑制啤酒大麦根系生长;当 Na2CO3浓度≤50 mmol/L 时,能促进甘啤4号根数的增加。综合各个指标,在低浓度 Na2CO3胁迫下,甘啤5号的抗性较好。
用不同濃度的 Na2CO3溶液模擬堿性鹽脅迫環境,觀察其對2箇啤酒大麥品種種子萌髮的影響。結果錶明,隨 Na2CO3濃度增加,2箇啤酒大麥品種的髮芽勢、髮芽率、根數、根長、苗長、苗重下降,鹽害指數增大。噹 Na2CO3濃度≥100 mmol/L 時,完全抑製啤酒大麥根繫生長;噹 Na2CO3濃度≤50 mmol/L 時,能促進甘啤4號根數的增加。綜閤各箇指標,在低濃度 Na2CO3脅迫下,甘啤5號的抗性較好。
용불동농도적 Na2CO3용액모의감성염협박배경,관찰기대2개비주대맥품충충자맹발적영향。결과표명,수 Na2CO3농도증가,2개비주대맥품충적발아세、발아솔、근수、근장、묘장、묘중하강,염해지수증대。당 Na2CO3농도≥100 mmol/L 시,완전억제비주대맥근계생장;당 Na2CO3농도≤50 mmol/L 시,능촉진감비4호근수적증가。종합각개지표,재저농도 Na2CO3협박하,감비5호적항성교호。
An experimental design using different concentration Na2CO3 solution to simulate alkaline salt stress simulation environment, to observed the effect of Na2CO3 stress on seed germination of two malting barley varieties . The results shows that the germination potential, germination rate, root number, root length, shoot length, seedling weight of two malting barley varieties decreased, salt injury index increased as Na2CO3 concentration increased. the beer barley root growth was completely inhibited at the Na2CO3 concentration ≥100 mmol/L; it can promote increasing of Ganpi 4 root number at the Na2CO3 concentration ≤50 mmol/L . Through all the above analyze, the resistance of Ganpi 5 is better at low concentrations of Na2CO3.
