该文建立了一种液相色谱-串联质谱法(LC-ESI-MS/MS)快速准确测定茶叶中10种农药残留含量。通过设计一系列实验对样品前处理进行了优化分析研究,茶叶样品经加入适量水活化,乙腈提取,QuEChERS法净化后,采用HPLC-ESI-MS/MS检测分析,外标法定量。本方法的检出限为5μg/kg,在0.001~0.2mg/kg范围内线性关系良好(相关系数r>0.99),茶叶样品平均添加回收率在75%~95%。该方法简便、高效、准确,各项技术指标均能满足国内外有关茶叶中农药残留限量要求,能够用于茶叶中10种农药残留的定性定量分析。

A new method using of ultra-performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry for the analysis of multi-residue of pesticide has been developed.Sample preparation and HPLC-MS/MS analytical conditions are examined and optimized critically by use of a series of experiments in this study.Samples are extracted by acetonitrile,then cleaned up,and ultimately adopted LC-ESI-MS/MS method for qualitative and quantitative analysis .Limits of quantification(LOQ)and limits of detection(LOD) was 1μg/kg.The method showed good linearity(r>0.99);The average recoveries were from 70% to 75% . The method is simple,efficient,sensitive,accurate and can meet the requirements of determination for resi?due of pesticide in vegetables.
