以苏蚕2号、海门大青皮、上虞田鸡青、美国蚕豆、陵西一寸、通鲜6号、日本大白皮、慈溪大白蚕以及自主研制新品系（长荚型蚕豆）共9个鲜食蚕豆品种为试材，进行低温保鲜比较试验。结果表明：以豆荚形式贮藏，以上虞田鸡青的保鲜效果最好，慈溪大白蚕、日本大白皮和长荚型蚕豆等3个品种次之，以2℃贮藏28d为宜。以豆粒形式贮藏，日本大白皮和慈溪大白蚕等2个品种保鲜效果最好，以2℃贮藏21d为宜。
이소잠2호、해문대청피、상우전계청、미국잠두、릉서일촌、통선6호、일본대백피、자계대백잠이급자주연제신품계（장협형잠두）공9개선식잠두품충위시재，진행저온보선비교시험。결과표명：이두협형식저장，이상우전계청적보선효과최호，자계대백잠、일본대백피화장협형잠두등3개품충차지，이2℃저장28d위의。이두립형식저장，일본대백피화자계대백잠등2개품충보선효과최호，이2℃저장21d위의。
By comparing nine fresh broad bean cultivars,Sucan No.2,Haimen Daqingpi,Shangyu Tianjiqing, American Horsebean,Lingxi Yicun,Tongxian No.6,Japanese Dabaipi,Cixi Dabaican,independent developed new line(long pod broad bean),as experimental materials to conduct low temperature preservation test. The results indicated that:in terms of pod storage,Shangyu Tianjiqing kept the best preservation effect,Cixi Dabaican,Japanese Dabaipi and long pod broad bean took the second place under the storage conditions of 2℃ and 28 days;in terms of peeled-bean storage,Japanese Dabaipi and Cixi Dabaican preserved the best under the storage conditions of 2℃ and 21 days.
