目的：通过对剖宫产术中相关问题的预防和护理进行总结，以提高医疗质量，减少和避免术后并发症的发生。方法选取2009年5月至2014年5月我院接受剖宫产术的患者812例，对术中出现大出血的产妇4例和出现窒息的新生儿5例，分别给予术中大出血抢救和窒息复苏护理。结果均达到有效预防和治疗的目的。结论剖宫产术中大出血抢救和窒息复苏的护理，可以有效地保障母婴生命安全、提高医疗质量、达到预期护理的目标。

목적：통과대부궁산술중상관문제적예방화호리진행총결，이제고의료질량，감소화피면술후병발증적발생。방법선취2009년5월지2014년5월아원접수부궁산술적환자812례，대술중출현대출혈적산부4례화출현질식적신생인5례，분별급여술중대출혈창구화질식복소호리。결과균체도유효예방화치료적목적。결론부궁산술중대출혈창구화질식복소적호리，가이유효지보장모영생명안전、제고의료질량、체도예기호리적목표。
Objective This article summarized the prevention and nursing related problems in cesarean section, to improve the quality of medical care, in order to reduce and avoid the occurrence of postoperative complications. Method From 2009 May to 2014 May 812 patients undergoing cesarean section, the intraoperative bleeding of maternal and neonatal asphyxia, were treated with intraoperative hemorrhage rescue and asphyxia recovery nursing. Result Have reached the purpose of effective prevention and treatment. Conclusion Cesarean section in nursing and resuscitation, can effectively protect the mother and child safety, improve the quality of medical treatment, to achieve the desired goals of care.
