新修订的刑事诉讼法第255条规定了检察机关对暂予监外执行决定的同步监督职责。当前在暂予监外执行决定监督中存在着监督缺乏规范易流于形式、检察人员专业知识不足、检察机关内部缺乏有效衔接等问题。构建暂予监外执行同步监督中需建立重点病犯跟踪、法医介入文证审查等相关制度，实现对暂予监外执行同步监督机制由形式向实质转变，切实取得监督的实效，促进暂予监外执行执法的公平公正。
新脩訂的刑事訴訟法第255條規定瞭檢察機關對暫予鑑外執行決定的同步鑑督職責。噹前在暫予鑑外執行決定鑑督中存在著鑑督缺乏規範易流于形式、檢察人員專業知識不足、檢察機關內部缺乏有效銜接等問題。構建暫予鑑外執行同步鑑督中需建立重點病犯跟蹤、法醫介入文證審查等相關製度，實現對暫予鑑外執行同步鑑督機製由形式嚮實質轉變，切實取得鑑督的實效，促進暫予鑑外執行執法的公平公正。
신수정적형사소송법제255조규정료검찰궤관대잠여감외집행결정적동보감독직책。당전재잠여감외집행결정감독중존재착감독결핍규범역류우형식、검찰인원전업지식불족、검찰궤관내부결핍유효함접등문제。구건잠여감외집행동보감독중수건립중점병범근종、법의개입문증심사등상관제도，실현대잠여감외집행동보감독궤제유형식향실질전변，절실취득감독적실효，촉진잠여감외집행집법적공평공정。
The article 255 th of the newly revised criminal procedure law regulates that the office of the public prosecutor has the synchronous supervising function when they decide to execute a sentence outside of jail.Nowadays there are some problems existing in the execution of a sentence outside the jail such as a mere formality, lack of professional knowledge , and lack of transition in the procuratorate .We need to construct a tracking and examining system to help the system innovate in the process of promoting execution of a sentence outside the jail .We have to get some effective result and promote justice and equity when we promote the execu -tion of a sentence outside the jail .
