Premna fulva%growth characteris-tics%different fertilization treatments%medicinal material yield
【目的】为提高战骨(Premnafulva )的产量与质量,研究基肥和追施化肥对战骨生长特性及生物量的影响,以期为战骨生产中的合理施肥提供理论依据。【方法】采用随机区组设计方法,在大田种植条件下研究了不同基肥(鸡粪、猪粪、牛粪、火土、鸡粪+猪粪、鸡粪+牛粪、鸡粪+火土、猪粪+牛粪、猪粪+火土、牛粪+火土)、追肥种类(磷肥、钾肥、尿素、复合肥)、追肥量(20g/株、40g/株、60g/株)和追肥次数(1次、2次、3次)对战骨生长特性和生物量的影响。【结果】4种单一基肥中,鸡粪处理后植株的基径、株高、冠幅、茎重和根重都较大;两种基肥混合处理的植株长势和生物量优于猪粪、牛粪和火土3种单一基肥处理;火土和猪粪处理的基径、株高、冠幅、茎重和根重值较大;追肥以复合肥效果最好;追加钾肥和磷肥处理的植株生长指标和生物量较差。【结论】基肥以火土+猪粪(1∶1);追肥以施用复合肥,施用量为40g/株,追肥3次,战骨的产量最高。
【目的】為提高戰骨(Premnafulva )的產量與質量,研究基肥和追施化肥對戰骨生長特性及生物量的影響,以期為戰骨生產中的閤理施肥提供理論依據。【方法】採用隨機區組設計方法,在大田種植條件下研究瞭不同基肥(鷄糞、豬糞、牛糞、火土、鷄糞+豬糞、鷄糞+牛糞、鷄糞+火土、豬糞+牛糞、豬糞+火土、牛糞+火土)、追肥種類(燐肥、鉀肥、尿素、複閤肥)、追肥量(20g/株、40g/株、60g/株)和追肥次數(1次、2次、3次)對戰骨生長特性和生物量的影響。【結果】4種單一基肥中,鷄糞處理後植株的基徑、株高、冠幅、莖重和根重都較大;兩種基肥混閤處理的植株長勢和生物量優于豬糞、牛糞和火土3種單一基肥處理;火土和豬糞處理的基徑、株高、冠幅、莖重和根重值較大;追肥以複閤肥效果最好;追加鉀肥和燐肥處理的植株生長指標和生物量較差。【結論】基肥以火土+豬糞(1∶1);追肥以施用複閤肥,施用量為40g/株,追肥3次,戰骨的產量最高。
【목적】위제고전골(Premnafulva )적산량여질량,연구기비화추시화비대전골생장특성급생물량적영향,이기위전골생산중적합리시비제공이론의거。【방법】채용수궤구조설계방법,재대전충식조건하연구료불동기비(계분、저분、우분、화토、계분+저분、계분+우분、계분+화토、저분+우분、저분+화토、우분+화토)、추비충류(린비、갑비、뇨소、복합비)、추비량(20g/주、40g/주、60g/주)화추비차수(1차、2차、3차)대전골생장특성화생물량적영향。【결과】4충단일기비중,계분처리후식주적기경、주고、관폭、경중화근중도교대;량충기비혼합처리적식주장세화생물량우우저분、우분화화토3충단일기비처리;화토화저분처리적기경、주고、관폭、경중화근중치교대;추비이복합비효과최호;추가갑비화린비처리적식주생장지표화생물량교차。【결론】기비이화토+저분(1∶1);추비이시용복합비,시용량위40g/주,추비3차,전골적산량최고。
Objective]Effects of different fertilization treatments on growth characteristics and medicinal biomass of Premna fulva were discussed in order to provide a theory basis for ra-tional fertilization of Premna fulva production,and yield and quality improvment.[Methods]A field randomized block experiment was used to analyze effects of different basal fertilizer (chicken manure,pig manure,cattle manure,ash soil,chicken manure+pig manure,chicken manure+cattle manure,chicken manure+ash soil,pig manure+cattle manure,pig manure+ash soil and cattle manure+ash soil),different additional fertilization (phosphate fertilizer, potassium fertilizer,carbamide and compound fertilizer),volume (20g/plant,40g/plant,60g/plant)and times of fertilization (once,twice and three times)on Premnafulva growth index and yield.[Results]The ground diameter,plant height and plant crown of Premnafulva trea-ted with chicken manure were higher than pig manure,cattle manure and ash soil.Premna fulva treated with mixed base fertilizer were significantly higher than treated with other treatments.Growth index and yield of Premna fulva treated with pig manure+ash soil was the largest.The differences of Premna fulva treate with phosphate fertilizer,potassium fer-tilizer,carbamide,compound fertilizer were significant.The growth index and medicinal bio-mass yields of Premna fulva seedlings treated with compound fertilizer are the highest.[Con-clusion]The optimal yield of Premna fulva can be reached by soil pig manure+ash soil as basal fertilizer with adding 40g per seeding and three times compound fertilizer.
