在教师培训体系中,欠发达地区县级培训不能为区域内教师专业成长给力,原因是培训机构领导观念滞后,培训教师不受欢迎,培训项目缺乏整合,培训管理随意,培训机会不均,培训资料欠缺,培训模式陈旧。本文为此提出了建议措施,从宏观上确立县级教师培训的战略地位,选配教育家型的领导班子,从微观上加强培训队伍建设,优化培训项目,加强培训过程监管,改革创新培训模式。
在教師培訓體繫中,欠髮達地區縣級培訓不能為區域內教師專業成長給力,原因是培訓機構領導觀唸滯後,培訓教師不受歡迎,培訓項目缺乏整閤,培訓管理隨意,培訓機會不均,培訓資料欠缺,培訓模式陳舊。本文為此提齣瞭建議措施,從宏觀上確立縣級教師培訓的戰略地位,選配教育傢型的領導班子,從微觀上加彊培訓隊伍建設,優化培訓項目,加彊培訓過程鑑管,改革創新培訓模式。

The teachers’training at the county-IeveI in the Iess deveIoPed areas has faiIed to encourage teachers ProfessionaI growth because of the concePtuaI Iag of the Ieaders in the training institutes,the unPoPuIarity of the teachers , the Iack of the integrating training Programs, unsystematic and Ioose management, unequaI oPPortunities for trainees ,Iack of training materiaIs,and obsoIete training moduIes. The Present PaPer argues that the teachers training at county-IeveI shouId be strategicaIIy emPhasized and IeadershiP of educators shouId be estabIished and that we shouId enhance training team buiIding,oPtimize the training Programs,strengthen the training Process monitoring and renew the training modeIs.
