大学教师评价制度是提高大学教育质量、提升大学竞争力的有力保证。为此，论文首先介绍了台湾大学教师评价制度的历史沿革；其次分析了台湾大学教师评价制度的内容与特点；最后从依据大学的发展水平确定教师评价制度、优化评价指标体系、采取灵活的评价方式、建立规范的教师奖励与申述机制等四个方面提出对台湾大学教师评价制度的借鉴与建议。
