为研究中药颗粒剂对断奶腹泻仔猪小肠黏膜超微结构的影响，选择（28±1） d、体重10.04 kg左右的杜长大三元杂种断奶腹泻仔猪18头，随机分为抗生素治疗组和中药复方颗粒剂治疗组，每组3个重复，每个重复3头猪。两组分别于用药后14 d每组随机抽取3头猪颈动脉放血处死，腹腔解剖观察病理变化，无菌采集小肠黏膜进行细胞学观察。结果显示，中药复方颗粒剂治疗组小肠黏膜除有少量出血外，未发现明显病理变化。抗生素治疗组小肠黏膜脱落，有广泛充血、出血；黏膜上皮细胞变性坏死；嗜酸性粒细胞浸润，有大量以淋巴细胞（LELs）、杯状细胞（GSs）为主的炎性细胞浸润；微绒毛排列紊乱，脱落；细胞受损严重，线粒体等细胞器结构异常。表明抗生素治疗仔猪腹泻造成小肠黏膜显著的病理变化和功能障碍，而中药复方颗粒剂治疗有利于仔猪小肠黏膜结构的修复。

위연구중약과립제대단내복사자저소장점막초미결구적영향，선택（28±1） d、체중10.04 kg좌우적두장대삼원잡충단내복사자저18두，수궤분위항생소치료조화중약복방과립제치료조，매조3개중복，매개중복3두저。량조분별우용약후14 d매조수궤추취3두저경동맥방혈처사，복강해부관찰병리변화，무균채집소장점막진행세포학관찰。결과현시，중약복방과립제치료조소장점막제유소량출혈외，미발현명현병리변화。항생소치료조소장점막탈락，유엄범충혈、출혈；점막상피세포변성배사；기산성립세포침윤，유대량이림파세포（LELs）、배상세포（GSs）위주적염성세포침윤；미융모배렬문란，탈락；세포수손엄중，선립체등세포기결구이상。표명항생소치료자저복사조성소장점막현저적병리변화화공능장애，이중약복방과립제치료유리우자저소장점막결구적수복。
To study the influence of Chinese Herbs medicine compound on small intestinal mucosa membrane in weaned diarrheal piglets,18 weaned diarrheal DLY piglets (28 ±1 days old and 10.04 kg body weights) were selected,and divided into antibiotics and herbs group at random.Each of which included replicates of 3 piglets.3 piglets in two groups were sacrificed by bloodletting in veins,dissected peritoneal cavity,and gathered small intestinal mucosa membrane abacterally,then these cells in small intestinal mucosa membrane were observed.The results showed that small intestinal mucosa had no obvious pathological changes except slight hemorrhage in Chinese herbal medicine group.Nevertheless,there were more pathological changes in antibiotics group.For instance,small intestinal mucosa had desquamated with extensive hyperemia and hemorrhage concomitantly;epithelial cells were degenerated and necrotic;eosinophilic granulocyte displayed cellular infiltration,which included inflammatory cell infiltrate principally as lymphocyte;microvillus had desquamated and arranged indiscriminately;mucous membrane cells were damaged seriously and mitochondria presented structural abnormalities.The study concluded that the therapy of using antibiotics in diarrheal piglets might cause pathological changes and functional impairment in small intestinal mucosa,and using Chinese herbal medicine might be beneficial to plerosis of small intestinal mucosa.
