以欧洲鹅耳枥1年生幼苗为材料,通过测定10月下旬~12月上旬变色期叶色、色素含量、酶活性、可溶性糖和光合特性的变化,研究其呈色机理。结果表明,欧洲鹅耳枥在秋季变色的主要原因是叶绿色含量下降,类胡萝卜素颜色呈现,且叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量变化呈极显著正相关(P <0.01);变色期花色素苷与 PAL 活性、可溶性糖含量一直处于下降趋势,呈正相关,与 POD 活性、可溶性蛋白的含量呈显著负相关;变色过程中,气孔因素不是导致光合速率下降的主要原因。

이구주아이력1년생유묘위재료,통과측정10월하순~12월상순변색기협색、색소함량、매활성、가용성당화광합특성적변화,연구기정색궤리。결과표명,구주아이력재추계변색적주요원인시협록색함량하강,류호라복소안색정현,차협록소화류호라복소함량변화정겁현저정상관(P <0.01);변색기화색소감여 PAL 활성、가용성당함량일직처우하강추세,정정상관,여 POD 활성、가용성단백적함량정현저부상관;변색과정중,기공인소불시도치광합속솔하강적주요원인。
In order to reveal the physiological characteristics of the changes of Carpinus betulus leaf color, the one-year-old seedlings were chosen as experimental material.The variation of leaf color,pigments contents,enzyme activity,soluble sugar and photosynthesis characteristics were measured during the col-or-changing period from the last ten-day of October to the first ten-day of December.The results indicated that main reason for the leaf color changing was the decreasing of chlorophyll and rendering of carotenoid, which showed a significant positive correlation (P <0.01).Meantime,tendency of PAL activity and sol-uble sugar contents was consistent with anthocyanin change, which was observed always descending. There was a great negative correlation among the anthocyanin,POD activity and soluble proteins.Stoma-tal factors were not the main reason of photosynthetic rate's declining.
