经济与社会的进步将大学教育与社区教育的协同发展提上日程。社区开展教育需要学校支持，学校推进人才培养同样需要社区支持，如何实现二者协同发展，是推动大学发展的动力，也是社区教育发展的重要基石。协同论为大学教育与社区教育的契合提供了理论支撑和方法指导。实现大学教育与社区教育协同发展需要统一思想、联动领导，促进整体性功能发挥；健全管理、完善师资，促进物质能量交流；规范课程、项目运作，强化序参量控制；自力更生、资源共享，实现协同共赢。

The economic and social progress puts the synergetic development of university education and community education on the agenda. Community needs the help of universities to carry out the education, while university needs the help of community to promote the cultivation of talents. How to realize the synergetic development of the two is the impetus of university development and the cornerstone of community education development. Synergetic theory provides the theoretical support and methods for the unison of university education and community education. To realize their synergetic development, the university and community need to achieve common understanding and linkage of leadership to promote the holistic function;perfect management and well-planned teaching to promote the material and energy exchange;standardize the curriculum and project operating to strengthen the or?der parameter control;and to be self-dependent and resources sharing to gain mutual win-win.
