为了筛选出防治酸腐病菌的有效药剂,为防治柑橘采后酸腐病提供理论依据,采用生长速率法测定了10种化学药剂对酸腐病菌的毒力。结果表明:肟菌酯毒力最强,EC50为0.0385 mg/L;其次是双胍三辛烷基苯磺酸盐,EC50为0.1042 mg/L。毒力最弱的是吩胺霉素,EC50为73.1125 mg/L。肟菌酯、双胍三辛烷基苯磺酸盐和咪鲜胺效果较好。
為瞭篩選齣防治痠腐病菌的有效藥劑,為防治柑橘採後痠腐病提供理論依據,採用生長速率法測定瞭10種化學藥劑對痠腐病菌的毒力。結果錶明:肟菌酯毒力最彊,EC50為0.0385 mg/L;其次是雙胍三辛烷基苯磺痠鹽,EC50為0.1042 mg/L。毒力最弱的是吩胺黴素,EC50為73.1125 mg/L。肟菌酯、雙胍三辛烷基苯磺痠鹽和咪鮮胺效果較好。

In order to screen effective fungicides, and provide theoretical basis onGeotrichum candidum, the toxicities of ten fungicides onGeotrichum candidum were determined by mycelium growth rate method in the laborator. The results showed that the toxicity of trifloxystrobin was the strongest with EC50 of 0.0385 mg/L, the second was iminoctadine tris (albesilate), EC50 was 0.1042 mg/L. Fenanmycin provided the least control with EC50 of 73.1125 mg/L. Trifloxystrobin, iminoctadine tris (albesilate) and prochloraz had good inhibitions toGeotrichum candidum.
