以二氧化硅和高岭土混合物为载体,铯为主要活性组分,以Ag化合物、Zr化合物为助剂制备了以丙酸甲酯、甲醛为原料合成甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)的催化剂。利用差示扫描量热分析-热重分析(DSC-TG)对催化剂的制备条件进行了研究和优化。结果表明:催化剂适宜在空气气氛下焙烧,最佳焙烧温度在500℃~600℃;选用碳酸铯为铯源的催化剂活性较高,以氧化铯计活性物质量分数在12%~14%为宜;载体添加高岭土有助于提高催化活性,其在载体中的质量分数最好在20%左右,不同来源的高岭土对催化剂的影响不同;Ag化合物的引入有利于提高催化剂活性,锆化合物的引入则有助于改善催化剂的耐水性能。

The catalysts for synthesis of methyl methacrylate (MMA) from methyl propionate and formaldehyde were prepared by using the mixture of silica and kaolin as support, Cs as main active component and Ag, Zr as additives, and DSC-TG was used to investigate and optimize the preparation conditions of the catalysts. The results showed that it was suitable for calcining the catalyst at about 500℃to 600℃in air;the activity of catalyst was higher when cesium carbonate was used as Cs source;the suitable amount of active substance in catalyst was of 12%-14% by mass in terms of cesium oxide; adding kaolin to the support could improve the catalytic activity and the optimum proportion of kaolin in the support was 20% by mass, but different kaolins had different effects;and the introduction of Ag and Zr compounds were beneficial to activity and water-resistance property of the catalyst, respectively.
