目的：调查并分析干休所内60名80岁以上男性老干部服用他汀类药物近10年来血脂变化情况，为进一步做好老干部保健工作提供参考依据。方法收集2005年3月－2014年3月规律服用他汀类药物的男性老干部每年体检的血脂数据，选择60名符合条件者进行回顾性分析，同时观察辛伐他汀和阿托伐他汀的降低血脂作用。结果60名受检者三酰甘油（TG）下降30．4％（P＜0．01），总胆固醇（TC）下降39．5％（P＜0．01）。低密度脂蛋白（LDL-C）下降26．6％（P＜0．01），高密度脂蛋白（HDL-C）升高了11．4％（P＜0．05）。自2012年改服阿托伐他汀后，TG、TC和LDL-C水平分别在原有基础上下降19．4％（P＜0．01）、21．8％（P＜0．01）和17．2％（P＜0．01），HDL-C升高8．9％（P＜0．05）。结论近10年来规律服用他汀药物的男性老干部血脂水平改善，TG、TC和LDL-C呈下降趋势，HDL-C呈上升趋势，阿托伐他汀较辛伐他汀的降脂效果明显。
목적：조사병분석간휴소내60명80세이상남성로간부복용타정류약물근10년래혈지변화정황，위진일보주호로간부보건공작제공삼고의거。방법수집2005년3월－2014년3월규률복용타정류약물적남성로간부매년체검적혈지수거，선택60명부합조건자진행회고성분석，동시관찰신벌타정화아탁벌타정적강저혈지작용。결과60명수검자삼선감유（TG）하강30．4％（P＜0．01），총담고순（TC）하강39．5％（P＜0．01）。저밀도지단백（LDL-C）하강26．6％（P＜0．01），고밀도지단백（HDL-C）승고료11．4％（P＜0．05）。자2012년개복아탁벌타정후，TG、TC화LDL-C수평분별재원유기출상하강19．4％（P＜0．01）、21．8％（P＜0．01）화17．2％（P＜0．01），HDL-C승고8．9％（P＜0．05）。결론근10년래규률복용타정약물적남성로간부혈지수평개선，TG、TC화LDL-C정하강추세，HDL-C정상승추세，아탁벌타정교신벌타정적강지효과명현。
Objective To investigate the blood lipid level change in the aged above 80 at military retirement center in recent ten years and to improve the future health care work .Methods The health examination data of blood lipid of 60 cases of elderly men age above 80 between March 2005 to March 2014 were collected for retrospective study .Results In past 10 years,the 60 veteran ca-dres'TG and TC decreased 30.4%(P<0.01) and 39.5%(P<0.01) separately,LDL-C decreased 26.6%(P<0.01) and HDL-C increased 11.4%(P<0.05) in past 9 years.Their TG,TC and LDL-C further decreased 19.4% (P<0.01),21.8% (P<0.01) and 17.2%(P<0.01),HDL-C increased 8.9%(P<0.05) on the original basis after using the atorvastatin .Conclusion The vet-eran cadres'blood lipid level showed the downtrend but unstable ,compared with simvastatin,atorvastatin had obvious effect on lipid-lowering therapy .
