当前产教融合背景下,高职顶岗实习是技术技能人才培养过程中的重要环节。高职食品专业通过顶岗实习,使学生提高就业竞争力,缩短走上工作岗位后的适应期,实现零距离就业。探索顶岗实习-就业一体化模式,进行顶岗实习过程化管理,建立顶岗实习评价体系,促进学生顶岗实习结束顺利转化就业。

당전산교융합배경하,고직정강실습시기술기능인재배양과정중적중요배절。고직식품전업통과정강실습,사학생제고취업경쟁력,축단주상공작강위후적괄응기,실현령거리취업。탐색정강실습-취업일체화모식,진행정강실습과정화관리,건립정강실습평개체계,촉진학생정강실습결속순리전화취업。
Under the background of production education integration, post practice in higher vocational education is an important process. In Higher Vocational Colleges food major, post practice enable students to improve employability and competitiveness, shorten the adaptation period, realize employment. This paper explores the integration mode of employment and post practice. Through Using process management and the establishment of training evaluation system, it improves the conversion rate of substitution internship into employment.
