高职院校深度融入产业集群，双方开展有效的科技合作，是提升高职院校科技服务能力和推动产业集群又好又快发展的新机制。行业类高职院校具备融入产业集群的先天优势，也已探索出诸多科技服务模式。但是，双方的科技合作互动还存在一些不容忽视的制约因素，需要政府、行业专管部门、院校等各方采取切实有效措施予以完善。
