高职校园文化与企业文化对接与融合是高职教育发展的客观要求。通过综述文化概念、校园文化与企业文化内涵、校园文化与企业文化共同点与不同点研究、校园文化与企业文化对接与融合的意义、功能、方法及策略等基本理论问题，并在此基础上探索有成效的校园文化与企业文化的对接策略，对于构建高职特色的校园文化，实现高职校园内涵式发展具有十分重要理论和现实意义。
高職校園文化與企業文化對接與融閤是高職教育髮展的客觀要求。通過綜述文化概唸、校園文化與企業文化內涵、校園文化與企業文化共同點與不同點研究、校園文化與企業文化對接與融閤的意義、功能、方法及策略等基本理論問題，併在此基礎上探索有成效的校園文化與企業文化的對接策略，對于構建高職特色的校園文化，實現高職校園內涵式髮展具有十分重要理論和現實意義。
고직교완문화여기업문화대접여융합시고직교육발전적객관요구。통과종술문화개념、교완문화여기업문화내함、교완문화여기업문화공동점여불동점연구、교완문화여기업문화대접여융합적의의、공능、방법급책략등기본이론문제，병재차기출상탐색유성효적교완문화여기업문화적대접책략，대우구건고직특색적교완문화，실현고직교완내함식발전구유십분중요이론화현실의의。
The docking and integration of Culture between Higher Vocational Campus and enterprise is objective requirement of development of Higher Vocational education. It has theoretical and practical significance to realize the connotation of Higher Vocational Campus development by exploring the docking strategy of campus culture and enterprise culture and the construction of the characteristics of higher vocational education through summarizing the basic theory of concept of culture, campus culture and enterprise culture connotation, the difference and the indifference of campus culture and enterprise culture, the significance, effect, method and tactic of campus culture and enterprise culture.
