为了探索亲水性固结磨料研磨垫(FAP)的基体特性与其加工性能之间的关系,采用三种不同硬度的树脂基体作为黏结剂,通过添加碳化硅颗粒和成孔剂的方式改变研磨垫特性,制备了6种 FAP,对其研磨加工性能进行了评价。结果表明:基体的硬度对研磨效率和工件表面粗糙度(R a )有重要影响。随着基体硬度的提高,研磨效率提高,而表面粗糙度增大。碳化硅颗粒的加入可以起到稳定工件表面质量的作用;碳化硅颗粒和成孔剂的添加都能起到提高工件材料去除率(MRR )稳定性的作用。碳化硅颗粒和成孔剂促进了亲水性 FAP 自修正过程的实现。

In order to study the relationship between the characteristics of hydrophilic fixed-abrasive lapping pad (FAP)and its machining performance,six kinds of lapping pad were prepared in which three matrix resins acted as binder adding silicon carbide particles and pore-forming agent to modify its characteristic.The results showed that the matrix hardness exerts important impact on the lapping efficiency and the average surface roughness (R a ).With the increase of the matrix hardness,the material removal rate increased,while the surface roughness deteriorated.The addition of silicon carbide particles was helpful to stabilize the surface quality of the workpiece being lapped.Both the silicon carbide particles and the pore-forming agent could help to stabilize its material removal rate. Both of them promote the realization of its self-conditioning process.
