南水北调移民村法律咨询服务的优化关系到南水北调移民安置工作的顺利进行。当前移民村法律咨询服务的供需状况主要表现为移民对法律咨询服务的需求强烈，地方基层政府对法律咨询服务的供给不足。移民安置工作阶段的转换、移民社会风险的增加和现有供需实现机制的失效是导致法律咨询服务供需失衡的重要原因。优化移民村法律咨询服务供给模式、细化法律咨询分类的设置、配备多样化的法律咨询服务人员、合理安排法律咨询服务时间，以及提供配套的法律援助服务是有效解决法律咨询服务缺口的重要举措。

Optimizing Legal consultancy service is related to the South-to-North Water Diversion Proj ect resettlement.There are some problems in the legal consultancy service of immigrant vil-lage,such as increasing demands for service,insufficient total supply,failure of implementation mechanism between supply and demand and so on.This paper introduces the current situation of legal consultation in the immigrant village and analyses the causes of these problems.The devel-opment suggestions of the Legal consultation in immigrant village are then proposed:optimizing the supply mode of the consultancy service,refining the classification of the service,diversifying the source of the service staff and optimizing the schedule and supporting service.
