目的：探讨精神分裂症患者与正常人群利手分布的特点及差异。方法：采用随机整群抽样方法纳入226例精神分裂症（病例组）患者和254名正常对照（正常对照组），通过改良的利手分类标准，调查两组人员利手分布情况；采用χ2检验，分析两组的利手分布情况是否有统计学差异，并计算相对危险度。结果：病例组混合利手、左利手的比率有高于对照组的趋势，但差异无统计学意义（χ2＝4?839，P＝0?089）；病例组非右利手比率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（χ2＝4?099，P＝0?043）。非右利手患精神分裂症的相对危险度RR＝1?808（95％CI：1?028~3?182）。结论：精神分裂症患者中的非右利手比率显著高于正常人群，非右利手患精神分裂症的风险是右利手的1?8倍。

Objective:To explore the characteristic and differences of the handedness distribution be_tween schizophrenia patients and general population? Method:Using randomized cluster sampling method, 226 patients with schizophrenia( case group)and 254 health controls( control group)enrolled?The handedness distribution of both groups was assessed with the modified handedness classification criteria?The differences of handedness distribution between the two groups were analyzed with chi_square statistics,and the relative risk was calculated?
