目的：对江苏南通市城区与郊区重性精神疾病患者肇事肇祸风险进行比较。方法：由精神科医师对南通市城区（524339人）和郊区（188781人）常住居民根据中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准第3版诊断标准进行重性精神病的诊断筛查，并进行肇事肇祸危险度的评估比较。结果：两区比较，城区检出患者肇事肇祸危险度高于郊区（ t＝2?61，P＜0?01）。精神分裂症、精神发育迟滞伴发精神障碍肇事肇祸危险度城区高于郊区（ t＝2?12，t＝2?75；P＜0?05或P＜0?001）。无论城区还是郊区，男性（ t＝3?42，t＝2?05）、＜45岁（t＝2?79，t＝3?54）、≤小学文化程度（t＝2?68，t＝2?79）肇事肇祸危险度均较高（P＜0?05或P＜0?001）；其中男性（t＝3?01）、≥45岁（t＝3?55）、不同文化程度（t＝2?02，t＝3?16）的城区重性精神疾病患者平均危险度高于郊区（ P＜0?05或P＜0?001）。结论：重性精神疾病患者肇事肇祸的危险度城区高于郊区。
목적：대강소남통시성구여교구중성정신질병환자조사조화풍험진행비교。방법：유정신과의사대남통시성구（524339인）화교구（188781인）상주거민근거중국정신장애분류여진단표준제3판진단표준진행중성정신병적진단사사，병진행조사조화위험도적평고비교。결과：량구비교，성구검출환자조사조화위험도고우교구（ t＝2?61，P＜0?01）。정신분렬증、정신발육지체반발정신장애조사조화위험도성구고우교구（ t＝2?12，t＝2?75；P＜0?05혹P＜0?001）。무론성구환시교구，남성（ t＝3?42，t＝2?05）、＜45세（t＝2?79，t＝3?54）、≤소학문화정도（t＝2?68，t＝2?79）조사조화위험도균교고（P＜0?05혹P＜0?001）；기중남성（t＝3?01）、≥45세（t＝3?55）、불동문화정도（t＝2?02，t＝3?16）적성구중성정신질병환자평균위험도고우교구（ P＜0?05혹P＜0?001）。결론：중성정신질병환자조사조화적위험도성구고우교구。
Objective:To compare the risk of cause trouble in patient with severe mental disorder be_tween urban area and suburban area in Nantong districtrisk of Jiangsu province? Method:According to classi_fication and diagnostic criteria of mental disorders in China(3rd edition),524 339 people in urban area and 188 781 people in suburban area of Nantong districtrisk were made diagnostic screening of severe mental disor_der by psychiatrists,and the risk of causing trouble was assessed and compared? Results:Between the two ar_eas,the risk of cause trouble in urban area patients was significantly higher than that in suburban area(t=2?61, P<0?01)?The risk of cause trouble in patients with schizophrenia and mental retardation in urban area were sig_nificantly higher than those in suburban area(t=2?12,t=2?75;P<0?05 or P<0?001)?Whether urban or sub_urb areas,the risk of cause trouble in male patients,or less than 45 years old,or primary school cultural level were significantly higher(P<0?05 or P<0?001)?The risk of cause trouble in male(t=3?01),or over than 45 years old(t=3?55),or with different level of education(t=2?02,t=3?16)of severe mental patients in urban ar_ea were significantly higher than those in suburban area( P<0?05 or P<0?001 )? Conclusion:The risk to cause trouble in patient with severe mental disorder in urban area is higher than that in rural area.
