废旧镍氢电池负极中含有大量的镍钴、稀土等有价元素,为实现电池负极中稀土元素浸出尽可能少,而镍钴元素最大程度浸出的目的,在废旧电池正极材料浸出实验的基础上,通过固定实验温度、浸出液硫酸初始浓度2个条件,研究了废旧镍氢电池负极高温硫酸浸出时液固比、氧化剂用量和浸出时间等因素的影响,找出了各因素最适应的浸出数值,得到了高镍钴浸出率和低稀土浸出率,达到了较为理想的效果。
廢舊鎳氫電池負極中含有大量的鎳鈷、稀土等有價元素,為實現電池負極中稀土元素浸齣儘可能少,而鎳鈷元素最大程度浸齣的目的,在廢舊電池正極材料浸齣實驗的基礎上,通過固定實驗溫度、浸齣液硫痠初始濃度2箇條件,研究瞭廢舊鎳氫電池負極高溫硫痠浸齣時液固比、氧化劑用量和浸齣時間等因素的影響,找齣瞭各因素最適應的浸齣數值,得到瞭高鎳鈷浸齣率和低稀土浸齣率,達到瞭較為理想的效果。

The valuable metals such as nickel and cobalt are included in Ni-MH battery. In order to achieve a high leaching rate of Ni and Co with lowest leaching rate of rare earth, the key factors such as the amount of oxidant, the ratio of liquid to solid and time of leaching of nickel and cobalt in HT hot-dip from waste Ni-MH battery negative electrode is studied based on the study of leaching experiment of positive electrode and with the fixed temperature and concentration of leaching solution. The desired results of the best leaching value of the respective factors, as well as the high leaching rate of nickel and cobalt and the low leaching rate of rare earth are achieved.
