In order to solve the tension problem between the descriptive and explanatory adequacy, language research in Gen-erative Grammar characterizes by the economical and explanatory flavors, conforming to the principles of explanatoriness, sim-plicity, naturalness, optimality and learnability.The more recent SMT puts forward the feature-based theory, assuming that linguistic computations are implemented in terms of features, and that different combinations of the features generate varied in-terface expressions.To satisfy interface conditions, uninterpretable features of the CFCs trigger syntactic operations.Con-strained by Locality, Conformity, Procrastinate, Last resort, PIC or other conditions or theories, these operations are optimal essentially.Linguistic expressions are perfect realizations of the interface conditions;and syntactic dislocations are the imper-fect demonstrations of the perfection of language, which are resulted for interactions between the linguistic computational sys-tems internally and the performance systems externally.
