独立学院人才培养目标是要培养应用型人才，这就需要建设一支既有扎实理论知识，又有丰富实训经验的培养应用型人才的“双师型”教师队伍。“双师型”队伍建设的有效途径有多种，而其中通过校企联合实现队伍建设的模式最行之有效。我国校企联合模式存在一定的矛盾冲突。对校企联合模式存在诸多矛盾进行分析的同时，提出了解决矛盾的相应建议。

The independent college personnel training objective is to cultivate applied talents, which requires the construction is both a solid theoretical knowledge, but also have rich experience of application-oriented training of“double type teachers”.
