改革开放以来，我国高新科技型中小企业异军突起，逐渐成长为国民经济的生力军。然而，相对于作用而言，融资难的问题已成为制约其生存和发展的重要因素。因此，解决其融资难的问题，对促进高新科技型中小企业的健康成长，以及确保国民经济的稳定发展具有重要意义。本文就我国科技型中小企业融资问题进行分析，并阐述了科技型中小企业的发展方向。

Since the reform and open policy, our country high technology-based SMES sprung up, and the growth of the national economy gradually for powerhouse. However, relative to character, function of difficulty of financing has become restrict its survival and development of the important factors. Therefore, solving its financing difficult ques-tion , new and high science and technology to promote the healthy growth of the small and medium-sized enterprises and ensure the stable development of the national economy in meaning, is very important. In this paper, to simple a-nalysis on China”s small and mid-sized enterprise financing issues, In the end, the developmental direction of the technology-based SMES are described briefly.
