本文采用ABQUAS大型有限元软件,对静剪力作用下高强度螺栓连接节点性能进行研究。板件及高强度螺栓均采用C3D8HR单元,材料模型为双线性弹塑性模型,采用硬接触和切向库伦摩擦接触,同时考虑材料非线性、几何非线性及接触非线性。依据国内已有的试验研究建立数值模型,进行几何参数、材料的力学参数、接触参数的设置。将有限元分析的结果与试验结果进行比较,确定有限元模拟的可靠性,并对影响可靠性的关键因素进行分析。

본문채용ABQUAS대형유한원연건,대정전력작용하고강도라전련접절점성능진행연구。판건급고강도라전균채용C3D8HR단원,재료모형위쌍선성탄소성모형,채용경접촉화절향고륜마찰접촉,동시고필재료비선성、궤하비선성급접촉비선성。의거국내이유적시험연구건립수치모형,진행궤하삼수、재료적역학삼수、접촉삼수적설치。장유한원분석적결과여시험결과진행비교,학정유한원모의적가고성,병대영향가고성적관건인소진행분석。
In this paper, an investigation into the structural behavior of high-strength bolted connection under static shear has been conducted by using ABAQUS program. Element C3D8RH is adopted to describe plate and high-strength bolt. The material is bilinear elastic-plastic model. Hard contact and the classical isotropic Coulomb fric-tion model are taken into account in the contact definition. Non-linear material, non-linear geometric and non-linear contacts are considered in this model. Based on the experimental study, the numerical model is established by setting geometric parameters, mechanical parameters of materials and contact parameters. Finally, the finite elements analysis results are compared with the test results to determine the reliability of finite element analysis, and some critical factors influencing the reliability are analyzed.
