喷嘴广泛应用于湿法脱硫、除尘等设备中,雾化液滴中位粒径D50是评价喷嘴雾化的重要参数。对孔径分别为1.44μm和0.46μm的喷嘴进行不同压力、距离雾化实验,并采用不确定度的评价方法评估了雾化液滴D50值的不确定度。实验和评价结果表明:尽管喷嘴使用条件改变,雾化液滴D50值存在着较大的差别,但相同条件下雾化液滴的D50偏差不大,合成不确定度值小于5.00μm。进一步说明雾化液滴D50值是由喷嘴结构所决定,用D50指导喷嘴选择是可靠的。
噴嘴廣汎應用于濕法脫硫、除塵等設備中,霧化液滴中位粒徑D50是評價噴嘴霧化的重要參數。對孔徑分彆為1.44μm和0.46μm的噴嘴進行不同壓力、距離霧化實驗,併採用不確定度的評價方法評估瞭霧化液滴D50值的不確定度。實驗和評價結果錶明:儘管噴嘴使用條件改變,霧化液滴D50值存在著較大的差彆,但相同條件下霧化液滴的D50偏差不大,閤成不確定度值小于5.00μm。進一步說明霧化液滴D50值是由噴嘴結構所決定,用D50指導噴嘴選擇是可靠的。

Nozzle is widely applied in the devices of wet desulphurization,dust removal and others, the D50 of the atomized droplets is the key parameter to evaluate the nozzle. Atomization experiments of different pressure and distance for the nozzle with the apertures of 1. 44μm and 0. 46μm were car?ried on,and the uncertainty values of the D50 of the atomized droplets are calculated with uncertain?ty evaluation method. The experiment and evaluation results indicate,the D50 value of the atomized droplets changes a lot with the change of atomized conditions,but the deviation of the D50 values in the same conditions is small with the maximum value of measure of uncertainty being 5μm. And the further conclusion is that the D50 of the atomized droplets is determined by the structure of nozzle, and it is reliable to guide the selection of nozzle with D50.
