针对砂带磨削工艺过程,基于 LabVIEW 虚拟仪器开发平台,设计了砂带磨削力监控及信号分析系统。该系统包括一系列硬件设备与 LabVIEW 软件结合,构建了磨削力测试实验平台,具有实时检测砂带磨削过程和磨削力信号采集、分析、显示与储存记录等功能。通过磨削力标定实验,得出了磨削力的标定公式。实际测试表明:该系统磨削力检测精度可以达到0.4 N。
針對砂帶磨削工藝過程,基于 LabVIEW 虛擬儀器開髮平檯,設計瞭砂帶磨削力鑑控及信號分析繫統。該繫統包括一繫列硬件設備與 LabVIEW 軟件結閤,構建瞭磨削力測試實驗平檯,具有實時檢測砂帶磨削過程和磨削力信號採集、分析、顯示與儲存記錄等功能。通過磨削力標定實驗,得齣瞭磨削力的標定公式。實際測試錶明:該繫統磨削力檢測精度可以達到0.4 N。
침대사대마삭공예과정,기우 LabVIEW 허의의기개발평태,설계료사대마삭력감공급신호분석계통。해계통포괄일계렬경건설비여 LabVIEW 연건결합,구건료마삭력측시실험평태,구유실시검측사대마삭과정화마삭력신호채집、분석、현시여저존기록등공능。통과마삭력표정실험,득출료마삭력적표정공식。실제측시표명:해계통마삭력검측정도가이체도0.4 N。
In view of the abrasive belt grinding process, based on LabVIEW virtual developing platform,a monitoring and signal analysis system was designed to control the grinding force of abrasive belt.The system consisted of LabVIEW software and a series of hardware equipment.Such a platform could detect real-time grinding force ,as well as realize signal acquisition,analysis,display,storage and other functions.Results showed that the system could achieve the desired goal and function. Through grinding force calibration experiments,the grinding force calibration formula was obtained. After practical detecting,it was found that the accuracy would reach 0.4 N.
