以柠檬香精为芯材,蜜胺树脂为第一层囊壁,聚乙烯醇缩戊二醛树脂为第二层囊壁制备双层包覆的香精微胶囊。以傅立叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、显微熔点仪、热重分析仪(TG)对其进行表征与分析。结果表明,香精包覆效果、缓释性能、耐热性能均较好,可应用于塑料、纺织等加香产品。

Bilayer fragrant microcapsules was synthesized using amino resin as the first layer sheath material, polyvinyl acetal as the second layer sheath material, lemon perfume as core. The obtained microcapsules were characterized and analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FT-IR), Micro melting point instrument, and Thermogravimetric analyzer(TG). Results showed that entrapment efficiency, sustained release property and thermal stability of perfume are very well. It can be used in plastics, textile and other flavoring products.
