目的:通过CBC T资料分析吉林地区正常人群上颌后牙根尖与上颌窦底的距离,为上颌磨牙区的牙种植术和疾病诊断以及治疗计划等临床口腔外科提供解剖学基础。方法从吉林大学口腔医院放射科留存的CBC T 资料中,选择上颌后牙健康,没有经过外科手术和正畸等处理的CBC T资料27例(其中男13例,女14例),利用CBC T 配套软件进行三维重建,并用软件内置测量工具逐一测量上颌第二前磨牙、第一磨牙和第二磨牙根尖与上颌窦底的距离。结果上颌后牙各个牙根与上颌窦底距离在左右两侧和男女之间无差异( P >0.05)。27名试验人员(54侧)CBC T 中,上颌第二前磨牙牙根、第一磨牙的近中根、腭根、远中根、第二磨牙的近中根、腭根、远中根的根尖与上颌窦底的距离分别为:(4.13±3.71)m m、(3.12±3.76)m m、(3.50±3.58)m m、(2.62±3.32)m m、(1.81±2.55)m m、(3.14±3.08)m m、(2.67±3.27)m m。结论上颌第二磨牙近中根根尖距离上颌窦底最近,上颌第二前磨牙根尖距离上颌窦底最远( P<0.05)。

목적:통과CBC T자료분석길임지구정상인군상합후아근첨여상합두저적거리,위상합마아구적아충식술화질병진단이급치료계화등림상구강외과제공해부학기출。방법종길림대학구강의원방사과류존적CBC T 자료중,선택상합후아건강,몰유경과외과수술화정기등처리적CBC T자료27례(기중남13례,녀14례),이용CBC T 배투연건진행삼유중건,병용연건내치측량공구축일측량상합제이전마아、제일마아화제이마아근첨여상합두저적거리。결과상합후아각개아근여상합두저거리재좌우량측화남녀지간무차이( P >0.05)。27명시험인원(54측)CBC T 중,상합제이전마아아근、제일마아적근중근、악근、원중근、제이마아적근중근、악근、원중근적근첨여상합두저적거리분별위:(4.13±3.71)m m、(3.12±3.76)m m、(3.50±3.58)m m、(2.62±3.32)m m、(1.81±2.55)m m、(3.14±3.08)m m、(2.67±3.27)m m。결론상합제이마아근중근근첨거리상합두저최근,상합제이전마아근첨거리상합두저최원( P<0.05)。
Objective The aim of the present study was to provide anatomic basis for the implantation of maxillary tooth ,diagnosis and treatment of disease and other oral operations via analyzing CBCT slice of the general population in Jilin and measuring distance between root apex of maxillary molar teeth and bottom of maxillary sinus .Methods A total of 27 gen‐eral population (13 males and 14 femals) with bilateral maxillary sinus region were examined using dental cone‐beam CT , Perpendicular lines between the deepest point of the maxillary sinus bottom and the every root apex of the maxillary second premolars and first and second molars were drawn on the cross‐sectional images and the distances were measured using built‐in measurement tools of cone‐beam CT .Results No statistically significant differences were found between the right and left side measurements or between female and male patients ( P >0 .05) .In total 27 general population (54 sides) , the distance from the root apex of root of second premolar ,mesial root ,palate root ,distal root of first molar and second molar to the inferior wall of maxillary sinus were (4 .13 ± 3 .71) mm ,(3 .12 ± 3 .76) mm ,(3 .50 ± 3 .58) mm ,(2.62 ± 3 . 32) mm ,(1 .81 ± 2 .55) mm ,(3 .14 ± 3 .08) mm ,(2 .67 ± 3 .27) mm ,respectively .Conclusion The distance between the inferior wall of maxillary sinus and root apex of mesial root of maxillary second molar is the closest and maxillary second premolar is the farthest ( P <0 .05) .
