作为支持企业“走出去”配套政策措施之一的境外项目人民币贷款，自2011年在全国推开以来，业务整体发展势头相对较慢。本文在梳理境外项目人民币贷款业务重要性基础上，分析了制约其业务发展的相关因素，并针对业务发展中的问题，对进一步发展境外项目人民币贷款提出了相关政策建议。

As one of a complete set of policies on supporting enterprises going out, the overall momentum of overseas project loan is relatively slow since it was pushed across the country in 2011. On the basis of combing the importance of overseas project RMB loan business, the paper analyzes the factors restricting the development of its business, and in view of the problems in the development of business, for the further development of overseas project RMB loans, the related policy suggestions are put forward.
