通过宏观和微观观察,分析某铁路线重型钢轨发生异常断裂的原因。结果表明,轨底边缘曾受到机械碰撞而产生加工硬化及微裂纹,在应力及应力集中共同作用下,裂纹不断扩展至整个截面而导致重轨断裂失效,提出减少钢轨伤损发生的措施。
通過宏觀和微觀觀察,分析某鐵路線重型鋼軌髮生異常斷裂的原因。結果錶明,軌底邊緣曾受到機械踫撞而產生加工硬化及微裂紋,在應力及應力集中共同作用下,裂紋不斷擴展至整箇截麵而導緻重軌斷裂失效,提齣減少鋼軌傷損髮生的措施。
통과굉관화미관관찰,분석모철로선중형강궤발생이상단렬적원인。결과표명,궤저변연증수도궤계팽당이산생가공경화급미렬문,재응력급응력집중공동작용하,렬문불단확전지정개절면이도치중궤단렬실효,제출감소강궤상손발생적조시。
The?causes?of?unusual?fracture?of?heavy?rail?in?some?railway?are?analysed?by?means?of?macroscopical?and?microscopic?analysis?methods.?The?result?shows?that?collision?once?happened?at?the?edge?of?rail?base,?and?then?results?in?work-hardening?and?micro-crack?.?The?crack?extends?continuously?to?the?whole?cross?section?under?the?effect?of?stress?and?stress?concentration,and?the?heavy?rail?fractures?completely?in?the?end.?Measures?are?also?put?forward?to?reduce?the?rail?damages.
