葡萄生态学是研究葡萄与环境相互关系的学科。根据葡萄与葡萄酒工程专业的特点，以及现代葡萄酒产业对专业人才知识结构需求发生的变化，从优化与更新教学内容、改进教学方法、改革考核手段等方面进行了改革。经过5年的实践，显著提高了学生学习的热情，充分发挥了学生的主观能动性和独立思考的能力，进一步培养了学生的生态意识。

The Grape Ecology is the discipline on the relationship between grape and environment. The teaching team of Grape Ecology in College of Enology, Northwest A&F University has carried out some teaching reforms including optimizing course content, improving teaching method and assessment means. Based on the application for last 5 years, we found that the enthusiasm of the student enhanced obviously with increasing subjective initiative and independent thinking. Furthermore, this reform developed the ecological consciousness for student.
