辊道，是钢铁厂不可缺少的一种运输方式，辊道工作环境极差，现场温度高、灰尘多、潮湿、腐蚀性强等。钢坯和钢材生产都需要在线称重计量，需要配置与输送辊道结合相适应的在线辊道计量装置。为克服在恶劣环境下的辊道输送物料的称重计量，设计研制杠杆式辊道称量装置，其秤体固定于生产辊道的一侧，仅载物台位于辊道之间；此设计不仅使辊道秤有很好的地基基础，增加了辊道秤的强度，能够增加其使用寿命，而且安装时，无需对原辊道进行改造，制造简单、方便，整体成本降低。
輥道，是鋼鐵廠不可缺少的一種運輸方式，輥道工作環境極差，現場溫度高、灰塵多、潮濕、腐蝕性彊等。鋼坯和鋼材生產都需要在線稱重計量，需要配置與輸送輥道結閤相適應的在線輥道計量裝置。為剋服在噁劣環境下的輥道輸送物料的稱重計量，設計研製槓桿式輥道稱量裝置，其秤體固定于生產輥道的一側，僅載物檯位于輥道之間；此設計不僅使輥道秤有很好的地基基礎，增加瞭輥道秤的彊度，能夠增加其使用壽命，而且安裝時，無需對原輥道進行改造，製造簡單、方便，整體成本降低。

Articleabstract:Roller is the mode of transportation of steel mill, the high temperature, dust, humidity and strong corrosion. Steel billets and steel production need to be online weighing metering, adapt to the need to be configured with roller conveyer roller online metering device. To overcome in harsh environments of roller lose clearance materials weighing metering, design develop roller lever device, its scale body fixed on one side of the table, in production, just slide between the roller table. This design not only make the roller table scale have a very good foundation, increased the strength of the roller table scale, to increase its service life, and when installation, no need to modification of the original table, make simple, convenient, lower overall cost.
