以涤纶针刺非织造过滤毡为原料,采用驻极加工工艺,制备低阻高效的针刺非织造过滤材料。研究了驻极工艺参数及放置时间对过滤材料表面静电势的影响,得到了优化的驻极加工工艺,分析比较了驻极前后过滤材料的过滤性能。结果表明:涤纶针刺非织造过滤材料在驻极电压为25 kV、驻极间距为45 mm和驻极次数为3次时,可以获得最优的驻极效果;驻极处理后过滤材料对气流的阻力比未处理的过滤材料小,过滤效率比未处理的过滤材料更高,驻极处理可以使过滤材料获得低阻高效的良好效果。

The needle nonwoven filter materials with performance of low resistance and high efficiency were prepared through taking needle nonwoven filter felt of polyester fiber as material and used charging processing technology.The effect of charging processing parameters and storage time on surface electrostatic potential of filter materials was studied, the optimized charging process was obtained, and the filter performance of charged and uncharged filter materials was compared and analyzed respectively.The results show that the filter material electrets obtained the optimized charging effect when the voltage was 25 kV, the polar distance was 45 mm and charging times was 3, and the charging process could reduce the airflow resistance and improve the filter efficiency of filter materials.
