[目的]调查徐州地区鸡白痢沙门氏菌的耐药性。[方法]从徐州不同地区分离鉴定了19株鸡白痢沙门氏菌,并对19株鸡白痢沙门氏菌分离株进行了药敏试验。[结果]该地区鸡白痢沙门氏菌的多重耐药率为94.7%,多重耐药谱为PG-MY-DOX-TET-AMP的菌株百分比为42.1%,对青霉素和林可霉素耐药率为100%,而对氨苄西林、四环素和新霉素耐药率在50%以上,对头孢唑啉和强力霉素耐药率为40%~50%,对头孢氨苄和复方新诺明耐药率为20%~30%,对氟苯尼考、阿米卡星和环丙沙星未出现耐药菌株,对氟苯尼考和头孢曲松高敏菌株在80%以上。[结论]徐州地区鸡白痢沙门氏菌的多重耐药情况比较严重。
[目的]調查徐州地區鷄白痢沙門氏菌的耐藥性。[方法]從徐州不同地區分離鑒定瞭19株鷄白痢沙門氏菌,併對19株鷄白痢沙門氏菌分離株進行瞭藥敏試驗。[結果]該地區鷄白痢沙門氏菌的多重耐藥率為94.7%,多重耐藥譜為PG-MY-DOX-TET-AMP的菌株百分比為42.1%,對青黴素和林可黴素耐藥率為100%,而對氨芐西林、四環素和新黴素耐藥率在50%以上,對頭孢唑啉和彊力黴素耐藥率為40%~50%,對頭孢氨芐和複方新諾明耐藥率為20%~30%,對氟苯尼攷、阿米卡星和環丙沙星未齣現耐藥菌株,對氟苯尼攷和頭孢麯鬆高敏菌株在80%以上。[結論]徐州地區鷄白痢沙門氏菌的多重耐藥情況比較嚴重。
[목적]조사서주지구계백리사문씨균적내약성。[방법]종서주불동지구분리감정료19주계백리사문씨균,병대19주계백리사문씨균분리주진행료약민시험。[결과]해지구계백리사문씨균적다중내약솔위94.7%,다중내약보위PG-MY-DOX-TET-AMP적균주백분비위42.1%,대청매소화림가매소내약솔위100%,이대안변서림、사배소화신매소내약솔재50%이상,대두포서람화강력매소내약솔위40%~50%,대두포안변화복방신낙명내약솔위20%~30%,대불분니고、아미잡성화배병사성미출현내약균주,대불분니고화두포곡송고민균주재80%이상。[결론]서주지구계백리사문씨균적다중내약정황비교엄중。
In order to investigate drug resistance of Salmonella pullorum in Xuzhou,19 strains of Salmonella pullorum were studied for drug sensitivity test in this report. The results showed that the percentage of multiple drug resistance was 94.7%,the multiple-antimicrobial-resist bacteria spectrum of PG-MY-DOX-TET-AMP accounted for 42.1%,the rates of drug resistance of the penicillin G and Lincomycin were 100%,the rates of drug resistance of the ampicillin,tetracycline and neomycin were more than 50%,the rates of drug resistance of the cefazolin and doxycycline were between 40%-50%,the rates of drug resistance of the cefalexin and selectrin were between 20%-30%,no bacterial isolates of resistant to florfenicol,amikacin and ciprofloxacin,the highly sensitive bacterial isolates of the florfenicol and ceftriaxone were more than 80%. Therefore,drug resistance of Salmonella pullorum was very serious in the Xuzhou area.
