本文介绍了重庆市动物卫生监督系统的“五化一品牌”战略：“管理方式信息化、基础设施标准化、机制体制健全化、队伍素质提升化、行业监管精细化”和“绿剑护农?动监卫士”专项执法品牌，实施此战略后动物卫生及动物产品安全监管能力明显提升。

The strategies of Chongqing animal health supervision system were described in the paper,namely,infor-mation technology in management,standard intra-structures,improvement of mechanism and system,staff ability building and ifne supervision. In addition,the conception of protecting agriculture as a guard was stressed. By doing so,the capability of animal health and animal product safety control was signiifcantly raised.
