目的:探讨SEPTIN 9在胃癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法从我院内镜室收集102例胃癌组织及其癌旁组织标本,通过组织微阵列和免疫组织化学染色方法检测胃癌及其癌旁组织中SEPTIN 9蛋白表达水平,并结合相应的病理资料,分析SEPTIN 9与胃癌组织分化程度的关系。结果在102例胃癌组织中,84例(82.4%)SEPTIN 9表达阳性;在102例癌旁组织中,35例(34.3%)表达阳性,胃癌组织中SEPTIN 9的阳性表达率显著高于癌旁组织(χ2=48.424,P=0.000)。在58例高中分化胃癌组织中,23例(39.6%)SEPTIN 9高表达,在44例低分化胃癌组织中,40例(90.9%)SEPTIN 9高表达,二者高表达率有显著性差异(χ2=27.931,P=0.000)。结论 SEPTIN 9在胃癌组织中高达,且与胃癌的分化程度有关。

목적:탐토SEPTIN 9재위암조직중적표체급림상의의。방법종아원내경실수집102례위암조직급기암방조직표본,통과조직미진렬화면역조직화학염색방법검측위암급기암방조직중SEPTIN 9단백표체수평,병결합상응적병리자료,분석SEPTIN 9여위암조직분화정도적관계。결과재102례위암조직중,84례(82.4%)SEPTIN 9표체양성;재102례암방조직중,35례(34.3%)표체양성,위암조직중SEPTIN 9적양성표체솔현저고우암방조직(χ2=48.424,P=0.000)。재58례고중분화위암조직중,23례(39.6%)SEPTIN 9고표체,재44례저분화위암조직중,40례(90.9%)SEPTIN 9고표체,이자고표체솔유현저성차이(χ2=27.931,P=0.000)。결론 SEPTIN 9재위암조직중고체,차여위암적분화정도유관。
Objective To explore the clinical significance of SEPTIN 9 expression in gastric cancer(GC)tissues. Methods A total of 102 GC tissues and 102 para-cancer tissues from surgical resected specimen were included in this study. Tissue microarray and immunohistochemistry(IHC) were used to detect SEPTIN 9 protein expression in the tissues. The clinical pathological data were collected for reviewing the relation between SEPTIN 9 expression and tissue differentiation. Results The SEPTIN 9 protein was mainly expressed in the cytoplasm. The expression rate in GC tissues was significantly higher than that in para-cancer normal tissues (82.4%vs.34.3%,χ2 =48.424, P=0.000).The SEPTIN 9 protein overexpression rate in lowly differentiated GC tissues was significantly higher than that in highly and moderately differentiated GC tissues (90.9%vs.39.6%,χ2 =27.931, P=0.000). Conclusions The level of SEPTIN 9 protein is higher in GC tissues than that in para-cancer normal tissues. The expression of SEPTIN 9 protein is associated with the degree of cancer differentiation.
