为探明不同用量的生防菌剂ZY-9-13对土壤中烟草黑胫病菌数量及烟株发病率的影响，通过田间试验测定了生防菌剂ZY-9-13在0，2.25，4.50和6.75 kg/hm2用量下的土壤烟草黑胫病菌数量、烟株黑胫病发病率、病情指数和防治效果。结果表明：随着生防菌剂ZY-9-13用量的增加，土壤中烟草黑胫病菌数量减少，烟草黑胫病的发病率和病情指数降低，防治效果提高。生防菌剂ZY-9-13用量4.50 kg/hm2对烟草黑胫病的防治效果较好。

위탐명불동용량적생방균제ZY-9-13대토양중연초흑경병균수량급연주발병솔적영향，통과전간시험측정료생방균제ZY-9-13재0，2.25，4.50화6.75 kg/hm2용량하적토양연초흑경병균수량、연주흑경병발병솔、병정지수화방치효과。결과표명：수착생방균제ZY-9-13용량적증가，토양중연초흑경병균수량감소，연초흑경병적발병솔화병정지수강저，방치효과제고。생방균제ZY-9-13용량4.50 kg/hm2대연초흑경병적방치효과교호。
In order to investigate the control effect of biological fungicide ZY-9-13 against Phytophthora parasitica var. nicotianae, its population density in soil, the disease incidence and index of tobacco plants and control effect were determined by field experiments at ZY-9-13 application rates of 0, 2.25, 4.50, 6.75 kg/hm2. The results showed that with the increase of application rate, the population density of Phytophthora parasitica var. nicotianae in soil, the disease incidence and index decreased, the control effect increased. The control effect peaked at ZY-9-13 application rate of 4.50 kg/hm2.
