针对海岸油水输转系统,阐述了QFD方法的核心思想和基本结构,运用质量功能展开( QFD)方法基本原理,构建了海岸油水输转系统质量屋,将部队需求信息合理有效的转换产品开发各阶段的技术目标及控制规程,分析了部队对于海岸油水输转系统的技术需求与相关的重要技术特性之间的关联关系,评估了现有技术方案与国内外其他同类产品之间的优势和差距,指出为了较好满足部队使用需求,应主要解决软管接头强度以及软管的抗拉强度2个质量技术指标并且合理确定锚的种类以及类型,拓展了QFD方法的应用范围,对海岸油水输转系统的应用研究具有一定意义。
針對海岸油水輸轉繫統,闡述瞭QFD方法的覈心思想和基本結構,運用質量功能展開( QFD)方法基本原理,構建瞭海岸油水輸轉繫統質量屋,將部隊需求信息閤理有效的轉換產品開髮各階段的技術目標及控製規程,分析瞭部隊對于海岸油水輸轉繫統的技術需求與相關的重要技術特性之間的關聯關繫,評估瞭現有技術方案與國內外其他同類產品之間的優勢和差距,指齣為瞭較好滿足部隊使用需求,應主要解決軟管接頭彊度以及軟管的抗拉彊度2箇質量技術指標併且閤理確定錨的種類以及類型,拓展瞭QFD方法的應用範圍,對海岸油水輸轉繫統的應用研究具有一定意義。

This article is focus on military coastal oil and water transmission system which contained the basic structure and core concePt of the Quality Function DePloyment Method. Establishing the house of quality with regard to coastal oil and water transmission system by using the method of QFD so as to the de﹣mand information of trooPs has been reasonably and effectively converted to Product develoPment technical objectives and control criterions. Analyzing the relationshiP between the demands of trooPs and the imPor﹣tant technical characteristics of system has distinguished into different imPortant levels. Advantages and shortages of Product has been evaluated by comParing with similar foreign Product and Pointed out that the strength of the hose joints and hose tensile strength are more imPortant than other characteristics ,simulta﹣neously the weight and tyPe of anchors should Pay more attention which exPanded the usage of Quality Function DePloyment Method and have a certain significance of aPPlication research on military coastal oil and water transmission system.
