目的:探讨CD133、肝细胞生长因子(hepatocyte growth factor,HGF)和垂体肿瘤转化基因(pituitary tumor transforming gene,PTTG)在大肠癌患者肿瘤组织、肿瘤旁正常组织和淋巴结中的表达及其与肿瘤患者临床之间的关系。方法应用免疫组化法检测70例大肠癌患者的肿瘤组织、肿瘤旁的正常组织和淋巴结,分别检测CD133、HGF、PTTG的表达情况。结果 CD133、HGF、PTTG三种蛋白均在肿瘤组织中高表达,且表达均与大肠癌的淋巴结转移及术后生存期有关(P<0.05),而与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤发生部位、临床病理分期及肿瘤大小无关(P>0.05);三种蛋白的表达两两之间无相关性。结论 CD133、HGF、PTTG三种蛋白对于大肠癌的诊断及鉴别诊断有一定的意义;三种蛋白的表达对大肠癌患者的术后复发、转移及其预后可能有指导意义。

목적:탐토CD133、간세포생장인자(hepatocyte growth factor,HGF)화수체종류전화기인(pituitary tumor transforming gene,PTTG)재대장암환자종류조직、종류방정상조직화림파결중적표체급기여종류환자림상지간적관계。방법응용면역조화법검측70례대장암환자적종류조직、종류방적정상조직화림파결,분별검측CD133、HGF、PTTG적표체정황。결과 CD133、HGF、PTTG삼충단백균재종류조직중고표체,차표체균여대장암적림파결전이급술후생존기유관(P<0.05),이여환자성별、년령、종류발생부위、림상병리분기급종류대소무관(P>0.05);삼충단백적표체량량지간무상관성。결론 CD133、HGF、PTTG삼충단백대우대장암적진단급감별진단유일정적의의;삼충단백적표체대대장암환자적술후복발、전이급기예후가능유지도의의。
Objective To evaluate the expressions of CD133,hepatocyte growth factor(HGF)andpituitary tumor transforming gene(PTTG)expressed in colorectal tumor tissues,adjacent normal tissues andlymph nodes and its clinical correlation in patients with colorectal tumor.Methods A total of 70 cases ofcolorectal cancer patients were enrolled.The expressions of CD133,HGF and PTTG in tumor tissues,adjacent normal tissues and lymph nodes were tested by immunohistochemistry.Results CD133,HGF andPTTG were highly expressed in tumor tissues.They were closely related to metastasis and postoperative survivals(P <0.05),but had no relevance with gender,age,clinical stage and tumor size(P >0.05).No correlation was observed among these indicators.Conclusion CD133,HGF and PTTG may be valuable forthe diagnosis and differential diagnosis of colorectal carcinoma.Their expressions may have guiding significance in recurrence,metastasis and prognosis for patients with colorectal cancer.
