为实现质量为100kg某型无人机的安全着陆,防止某型无人机受到过载冲击而损伤,设计了一种新型气囊来吸收无人机着陆时的冲击过载。首先完成了气囊囊体的设计,然后通过跌落实验模拟无人机着陆的气囊缓冲过程,运用动态测试仪记录缓冲过程的过载变化。试验结果表明,所设计的气囊能够符合实现无人机的平稳着陆,缓冲过程中最大过载10g,符合设计要求。
為實現質量為100kg某型無人機的安全著陸,防止某型無人機受到過載遲擊而損傷,設計瞭一種新型氣囊來吸收無人機著陸時的遲擊過載。首先完成瞭氣囊囊體的設計,然後通過跌落實驗模擬無人機著陸的氣囊緩遲過程,運用動態測試儀記錄緩遲過程的過載變化。試驗結果錶明,所設計的氣囊能夠符閤實現無人機的平穩著陸,緩遲過程中最大過載10g,符閤設計要求。
위실현질량위100kg모형무인궤적안전착륙,방지모형무인궤수도과재충격이손상,설계료일충신형기낭래흡수무인궤착륙시적충격과재。수선완성료기낭낭체적설계,연후통과질락실험모의무인궤착륙적기낭완충과정,운용동태측시의기록완충과정적과재변화。시험결과표명,소설계적기낭능구부합실현무인궤적평은착륙,완충과정중최대과재10g,부합설계요구。
To achieve the safe YAV landing( weight 100 kg),and Prevent the YAV being damaged by o﹣verload imPact,a new airbag landing system was designed. First the airbag body was designed,and then the droP test was done to simulate the Process of the airbag cushion at the landing of YAV. Dynamic tester recorded the buffering Process. The test results show that the design can achieve the smooth landing of YAV,maximum overload is 10 g during buffering Process,and the airbag system meets the YAV require﹣ments.
