使用热熔胶和环氧树脂胶粘结法进行人造板内结合强度检测试验对比,结果表明,在使用热熔胶粘结时,金属卡头的冷却方法对内结合强度影响很大,板材由于金属卡头温度的升高而引起的附加应力很难避免,会造成内结合强度检测的不确定性;在精确检测或者在出具质检报告时,要尽量使用环氧树脂胶粘结试件。
使用熱鎔膠和環氧樹脂膠粘結法進行人造闆內結閤彊度檢測試驗對比,結果錶明,在使用熱鎔膠粘結時,金屬卡頭的冷卻方法對內結閤彊度影響很大,闆材由于金屬卡頭溫度的升高而引起的附加應力很難避免,會造成內結閤彊度檢測的不確定性;在精確檢測或者在齣具質檢報告時,要儘量使用環氧樹脂膠粘結試件。

The difference between using hot-melt adhesives on testing the internal bond strength of wood-based panels were compared folowing the standard protocol using epoxy resin bonding method. The results indicated that the cooling method of the metal chuck had a significant effect on the internal bond strength. The additional stress of the panel caused by the increase of the metal chuck temperature was hard to avoid. This would cause the detection uncertainty of the internal bond strength.
