设计、制作了编织-嵌槽型金属橡胶隔振器,并对其进行动态特性试验。通过建立非线性恢复力模型,考察该隔振系统线性刚度系数、三次非线性刚度系数以及一次粘性阻尼系数随正弦位移激励的变化情况,分析振幅和频率对编织-嵌槽型金属橡胶隔振系统动态特性的影响。结果表明:随着振幅或频率的增大,编织-嵌槽型金属橡胶隔振器的刚度逐渐减小,阻尼略有降低,且振幅或频率的增大会使该隔振系统振动响应幅频特性曲线的带宽变窄。
設計、製作瞭編織-嵌槽型金屬橡膠隔振器,併對其進行動態特性試驗。通過建立非線性恢複力模型,攷察該隔振繫統線性剛度繫數、三次非線性剛度繫數以及一次粘性阻尼繫數隨正絃位移激勵的變化情況,分析振幅和頻率對編織-嵌槽型金屬橡膠隔振繫統動態特性的影響。結果錶明:隨著振幅或頻率的增大,編織-嵌槽型金屬橡膠隔振器的剛度逐漸減小,阻尼略有降低,且振幅或頻率的增大會使該隔振繫統振動響應幅頻特性麯線的帶寬變窄。

Vibration isolator with knitted-dapped metal rubber was designed ,prepared and tested .Nonlinear force model was es-tablished.Changes of linear stiffness coefficient ,cubic nonlinear stiffness coefficient and linear stickiness damping coefficient in the model were studied ,as the sine displacement excitation changed in the tests .And effects of amplitude and frequency on vibra-tion isolation system with knitted-dapped metal rubber were analyzed .The results show that as the amplitude or frequency increa-ses,the stiffness of the vibration isolator with knitted-dapped metal rubber decreases and the ability of damping is reduced .With the increase of amplitude or frequency ,tape width of the amplitude-frequency characteristic curve gets narrower .
