提出一种分布式离散制造车间生产线监控系统组态方法，该方法在车间层实现生产线组态与数据存储的基础上，应用SQL Server分布式数据库技术实现车间数据共享与车间组态信息及生产数据的工厂应用层集成。使用此方法，单个车间的生产需求变更只需在特定车间进行组态即可满足，不会影响到整个系统，工厂应用层服务器亦可通过获取车间组态信息进行快速调整，从而使软、硬件在尽少改动的前提下通过生产流程组态达到系统重构。

Presents a configuration method of production line monitoring system for distributed discrete manufacturing workshops which realizes data sharing and the factory application layer integration of workshop configuration information and production data through the application of SQL Server distributed database techniques on the basis of realization of production line configuration and data storage in the workshop layer .With this method ,system can meet the production and demand changes by configuring in the particular workshop and this will not affect the whole system operation ,the servers in the factory application layer can also ad-just rapidly according to the workshop configuration information , thus the whole system can achieve the goal of reconfiguration through production process configuration in the premise of as small as possible changes of software and hardware .
