介绍了PWM并网变流器的工作原理,对MW级并网变流器的主功率回路的关键器件的选型计算进行了详细的分析。在此基础上,研制了一台1 MW/690 V的并网变流器样机,进行了相应的实验研究。实验结果表明分析计算是正确的,并网变流器能实现能量的双向传递,具有优良的并网特性。
介紹瞭PWM併網變流器的工作原理,對MW級併網變流器的主功率迴路的關鍵器件的選型計算進行瞭詳細的分析。在此基礎上,研製瞭一檯1 MW/690 V的併網變流器樣機,進行瞭相應的實驗研究。實驗結果錶明分析計算是正確的,併網變流器能實現能量的雙嚮傳遞,具有優良的併網特性。

The working principle of PWM grid-converter was introduced. The key components of main power circuit in MW-level grid converter were studied in detail. On the basis of this, a prototype of 1 MW/690 V grid-converter was developed and corresponding experimental was done. Experimental results show that the research and analysis are correctly and effectively. With appropriate control, the power could flow from the supply to generator or the reverse flow, the converter had an excel ent network characteristics.
