设计了一种集肤效应加热电源。系统采用PIC18F系列单片机作为控制器,功率转换电路采用四组IGBT全桥逆变电路单元并联的方式,温度反馈采用多传感器融合技术。工作时,单片机根据设定的温度信号和反馈的温度信号作出响应,控制ECCP模块以PWM半桥输出方式集中控制逆变电路,经Simulink仿真分析,系统能灵活输出占空比和频率连续可调的交流方波,控制性能好。

A method of skin effect heating power was provided. PIC18F MCU was used by the systemas control er, IGBT ful-bridge inverter circuit was used by power conversion circuit as the basic unit. The four groups of IGBT ful-bridge inverter circuit unit were connected in paral el. Multi-sensor fusion technology was used by the temperature feedback. In operation, the microcontrol er was responded in accordance with the set temperature signal and the feedback temperature signal. The inverter circuit was control ed by the control ECCP module PWM half-bridge output mode. With simulink simulation analysis, the system could be flexibly output duty and the continuous adjustable frequency AC square wave, and had good control performance.
