为了实现对铁路车辆用蓄电池的测试与维护,介绍了以ARM芯片为核心,采用模块化设计的蓄电池性能监测仪。监测仪能够针对多种类型蓄电池实现核对性放电、短时容量测试和数据管理等功能,着重介绍主机和分机的电路结构,以及软件设计。经过实际应用,监测仪运行稳定可靠,大大提高了测试和维护效率。
為瞭實現對鐵路車輛用蓄電池的測試與維護,介紹瞭以ARM芯片為覈心,採用模塊化設計的蓄電池性能鑑測儀。鑑測儀能夠針對多種類型蓄電池實現覈對性放電、短時容量測試和數據管理等功能,著重介紹主機和分機的電路結構,以及軟件設計。經過實際應用,鑑測儀運行穩定可靠,大大提高瞭測試和維護效率。

A battery monitoring instrument based on the ARM chip and the modular design was designed to solve battery test and maintenance which used on railway vehicle. Check discharge, quick capacity test and data processing functions could be performed on several types of battery through the instrument. The circuit structure of host and device and the software design were mainly introduced. The instrument was working wel , and testing and maintaining efficiency were improved.
