采用激光诱导击穿光谱技术对炉渣成分实时在线监测的研究过程中,谱峰的中心波长及其积分强度是定量分析的基础。为了快速自动识别海量的谱峰数据,文章基于有限状态机的句法编译了一套自动寻峰程序,并介绍了产生谱峰描述语言的文法和谱峰自动识别机。将该寻峰程序应用于自动识别激光诱导炉渣等离子体发射光谱数据和炉渣成分的在线分析,取得了较好的分析速度和精度,证明了该技术的有效性。
採用激光誘導擊穿光譜技術對爐渣成分實時在線鑑測的研究過程中,譜峰的中心波長及其積分彊度是定量分析的基礎。為瞭快速自動識彆海量的譜峰數據,文章基于有限狀態機的句法編譯瞭一套自動尋峰程序,併介紹瞭產生譜峰描述語言的文法和譜峰自動識彆機。將該尋峰程序應用于自動識彆激光誘導爐渣等離子體髮射光譜數據和爐渣成分的在線分析,取得瞭較好的分析速度和精度,證明瞭該技術的有效性。

The central wavelength and the integral intensity of the spectra are the foundation for online analysis of the slag elements using laser‐induced breakdown spectroscopy(LIBS) .In order to rapidly read out a large number of spectral information ,a set of programs based on finite‐state machine meth‐od is compiled to search spectral peaks automatically for the identification of the spectral data resulting from laser induced slag plasma emission .The description language grammar and the automatic recog‐nition machine of spectral peaks are also introduced .The analytical speed and accuracy gained auto‐matically with LIBS on the melted slag samples by applying the compiled program to the laser induced plasma spectra are acceptable for online application ,w hich verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method .
