文章对某轻卡进行外流场的数值模拟,通过对模型流场特性的分析,研究气动阻力产生的主要原因。对货箱加装井字型格栅,分析其对整车气动阻力的影响;将格栅的造型参数作为2个影响因子,采用拉丁超立方设计方法和最小二乘法创建二阶响应面模型,利用混合整型优化法进行参数优化,优化后与原型设计相比,整车气动阻力明显减小,表明该方法能有效地提高格栅减阻效果和C FD优化效率。

A 3D numerical simulation of the external flow field of a light truck is conducted .By analy‐zing the flow field characteristics of the model ,the main causes of its aerodynamic drag are studied . T he effect of the #‐shaped fences on the drag coefficient is studied .T he modeling parameters of the fences are used as tw o influencing factors .T he optimal Latin hypercube design method and the least squares method are used to create a second‐order response surface model .The method of multifunc‐tion optimization system tool is used for parameter optimization .In comparison with the original de‐sign ,the aerodynamic drag is reduced obviously .The results indicate that the method can improve the vehicle aerodynamic performance and the optimization efficiency of CFD effectively .
